  • Yes. Unlike lead-acid batteries that lose voltage (and lift speed) as they discharge, ENEROC LFP batteries maintain a flat discharge rate. This ensures your turret truck or reach truck operates at a near 100% lift and travel speed until the battery is ready for charging.

  • Lithium batteries support "opportunity charging," which eliminates the need for spare batteries and dedicated battery-swap and charging rooms. You can reclaim that valuable warehouse square footage for more racking and inventory.

  • Absolutely. We provide "drop-in" solutions customized to the exact dimensions and weight requirements of your original equipment. Our batteries are compatible with major brands like Raymond, Crown, Hyster-Yale, Combilift, Aisle Master, Hubtex, Bendi, Drexel, Flexi, Steinbock, Baumann, and others.

  • Instead of the "8-8-8" rule (8 hours use, 8 hours charge, 8 hours cool), operators simply plug in the truck to a battery charger during 15-30 minute breaks. A full charge can be achieved in under 2 hours, allowing a single battery to power 2-3 shifts continuously (with opportunity charging).

  • No. Lithium Iron Phosphate (LFP) batteries are sealed and do not emit gas or acid fumes during charging. This means you can place chargers anywhere in the warehouse that is convenient for your workflow, significantly reducing travel time to central charging stations.

  • Yes. Our VNA batteries are equipped with integrated heating systems and high-quality insulation. This allows them to maintain peak performance and charging efficiency in temperatures as low as -40°F (-40°C).

  • While you cannot use a standard lead-acid charger, ENEROC provides high-frequency lithium chargers that communicate directly with the battery’s BMS (Battery Management System) via CAN bus to ensure the fastest, safest charge. ENEROC batteries are compatible with multiple charger brands, including PowerDesigners, PosiCharge, Eco-Charge, etc.

  • We use LFP (Lithium Iron Phosphate) chemistry, which is the most thermally stable lithium technology available. Our Smart BMS provides real-time protection against overcharging, over-discharging, short circuits, and overheating. Every battery carries a built-in fire extinguisher that is triggered by a thermal sensor and automatically releases the clean fire-extinguishing agent to suppress fire within seconds. 

  • A typical lead-acid battery lasts about 1,500 cycles (3-5 years). ENEROC lithium batteries provide 4,000+ cycles (10-12 years), meaning they often outlast the lifespan of the forklift itself.

  • Yes. Our batteries are "Cloud-Ready" with an in-built 4G-module. Fleet managers can remotely monitor state-of-charge, battery health, and charging patterns in real-time, allowing for proactive maintenance before an issue causes downtime.

  • No. While lead-acid batteries get "sluggish" as they reach 30% charge, ENEROC batteries maintain full voltage and provide full speed and hydraulic power until the battery is depleted, ensuring consistent productivity at the end of a shift.

  • Since lithium is naturally lighter than lead, we design our battery cases with integrated steel ballast. This ensures the battery meets the weight specification required by the forklift manufacturer for stability and safety.

  • While the upfront cost is higher, VNA fleets typically see an ROI within 24-36 months. Savings come from removing maintenance labor, lower electricity bills (up to 30% less power conversion losses to heat during charging), and eliminating the need of the "extra" batteries required for shift swaps.

  • None. ENEROC batteries are completely maintenance-free. There is no watering, no equalizing, and no cleaning of acid corrosion required. Cells are wielded to bus-bars, and batteries are tested for the most harsh industrial environments and tough operations.
